Using Tappie
You may use Tappie only lawfully and must not attack, probe, overload, scrape abusively, bypass access controls, impersonate others or upload malicious or rights-infringing material.
Creator pages and third parties
Creator pages and their content are controlled by their respective creators or businesses. Their offers, products, links, privacy notices and terms are their responsibility. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Tappie and its platform design are owned by Matteo Giani T/A Tappie or its licensors. Page operators retain responsibility for and rights in their content. You may not copy or exploit the platform except as permitted by law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Enforcement and changes
We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. We may update these terms and publish the current version here. Effective 6 September 2026.
